RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
INSTALLATION OF LANDSCAPING IN EL NARINERO ASSESS-
MENT DISTRICT NO. 1967-1 f CITY 0F TIBuRON, ~lARIN
COUNTY, CALIFORNJ~
WHEr~ASf the City Engineer of the City of Tiburon, Marin
County, californld, has filed a set of plans and specifications pur-
S1.1ant to a Resolution Amending Resolution of Intentio:n in EI Marinero
A~sessment District No. 1967-1, City of Tiburon, Harir: r:ounty, Cali-
foxnia.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by t:le City Council of the
Cj~y of Tiburon, and this Council hereby finds:
1. That the plans and specifications for the installation
(}E landscaping contained all the requirements necessary for the instal:
tion of said landscaping.
2. That said plans and specifications are hereby approved
as being sufficient in every detail for such purposes.
3. That this Council hereby orders that bids shall be re-
ceived for the doing of said work and improvements on the 19th day of
January, 1972, at the hour of 2:00 o'clock P.M. of said day. Said
bids or proposals shall be delivered on or before 2:00 o'clock P.M.
of the 19th day of January, 1972, at the office of Bala & Strandgaard,
271 Miller Avenue, Mill Valley, California, which said time and place
are hereby fixed as the time and place of a public meeting at which
said bids will be publicly opened, examined and declared by the City
Engineer of the City of Tiburon. Said bids after being publicly
o~ened, examined and decl~red, will be calculated by the City Engineer,
his report returned to the City Clerk and the report of the results
of the bidding and the calculations of the City Engineer will be
reported to the City Council of the City of Tiburon.
4. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and
all proposals or bids should it deem t.his necessary for the public

unfaithful in any former contract with the City of Tiburon.
