RESOLUTION NO. 407
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT
OF PUBLIC WORKS, DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS, AND
AUTHORIZING ITS EXECUTION.
WHEREAS, an Agreement proposed. to be entered into be-
tween .the State of California, acting by and through its
Business and Transportation Agency, Department of Public
Works, Divis ion of H j ghways, hereinafter referred to as "State",
and the City of Tiburon has been presented to the City Council;
and,
WHEREAS, the said Agreement provides for the installa-
tion by State of a bus stop and sidewalk on Tiburon Boulevard
south of Silverado Drive; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with contents of
the Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That the said Agreement is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk are directed to execute the same on behalf
of the City, said Agreement to be binding upon the City upon its
execution by the authorized officials of the State.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tiburon on the ~Y~day of December
1971, by the following vote:
