A RES LUTION OF THE CITY CO"~GIL:DF THE:CITY
OF TI UaON ACCEPTING AN OFFER OF DEDICATION
OF Me A~T COURT AS A PUBLIC STREET
WHEREAS, Paul J. McCart requested approval of a minor subdivi-
sion of his prope=ty within the city of tiburon; and
WHEREAS, it waG a condition of the City staff in approving
said minor subdivision, that Mr. McCart offered to dedicate McCart
Court to the City of Tiburon as a public street; and
WHEREAS, the Parcel Map for the subdivision has been approved
by the City Engineer and duly recorded in the Office of the Marin
County Recorded, Book 2 of Parcel Maps, page 49; and
WHEREAS, Paul McCart has offered McCart Court as a City street &
said offer of dedication has been presented to the Tiburon City staff;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
TEAT the City of Tiburon accepts the offer of dedication of
McCart Court; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: ~
THAT the City Engineer of the City of Tiburon is hereby in-
structed to record with the County Recorder the offer of dedication
and a certified copy of this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a. r~~~:~r meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tiburon heli on July 26 ,1971, by the following
vote:
