RESOLUTION NO. 381
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON OF ITS INTENTION TO JU.1END THE TIBURON
ZONING ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR CM1PING AND
OUTOOOR FIRE REGULATIONS.
t~EREAS, the City Council finds it necessary, for the
protection of the public health, safety and welfare to provide
for regulations concerning camping and the maintenance of open
fires, and
t~EREAS, the zoning ordinance provides that an amendment
to the ordinance may be initiated by resolution of the City
Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Tiburon does hereby declare its intention to amend
the Tiburon Zoning Ordinance and instructs the Planning Commission
to conduct a public hearing on the proposed amendment and to for-
ward to the City Council its report following its public hearing.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tiburon held on July 26, 1971, by the following vote:
