RESOLUTION NO. 380
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON ACCEPTING A GRANT OF RIGHT-OF-WAY OVER
THE MARIN MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT SUGARLOAF
TANK LOT
WHEREAS, Marin Municipal Water District has granted a
right-of-way to the City of Tiburon over their Sugar10af tank
lot in conjunction with the development of the El Marinero subdi-
vision; and
WHEREAS, the Grant Of.Right-Of-Way was recorded in Book 2088
at page 87, Marin County records; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of the Grant Of Right-Of-Way was to
permit the extension of Sugarloaf Drive to serve lands to the west
of E1 Marinero when said lands were to be developed; and
. WHEREAS, the Final Map of Mt. Tiburon Unit 3 is now being
processed by the City of Tiburon; and
WHEREAS, the extension of Sugarloaf Drive to serve the
upper portion of Mt. Tiburon Unit 3 is necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
THAT, the City of Tiburon accepts the grant Of Right-Of-
Way over a portion of Marin Municipal Water District Sugarloaf
tank lot said grant Of Right-Of-Way being recorded in Book 2088
at page 87 of Marin County records.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT, the City Engineer of the City of Tiburon is hereby
instructed to record with the County Recorder the Grant Of Right-
Of-Way and a certified copy of this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tiburon held on July 26 , 1971, by the
following vote:
