RESOLUTION NO. 379
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TIBURON ACCEPTING THE
FINAL SUBDIVISION M~P OF MT. TIBURON
UNIT 3
WHEREAS, the Fin~l Subdivision Map for Mt. Tiburon Unit 3
has been presented to the City for approval by Mt. Tiburon
Properties, Inc., owner and applicant; and
WHEREAS, this map has been filed with the City Engineer for
presentation to the City Council of the City of Tiburon for ap-
proval, which map is to be referred to and incorporated herein; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested approval of the map
prior to construction and the completion of improvements which are
a part of the subdivision noted on this map; and
WHEREAS, on July 6, 1971, the Planning Commission of the City
of Tiburon approved the Final Map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
THAT said Fi~al Map is approved and the City accepts the offer
of dedication of Place Moulin and pedestrian ways and rejects the
offer of dedication of all other easements shown thereon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT the approval of the Final Map is on a condition that the
subdivider first enter into 2~d execute with the City the Subdivision
Agreement attached hereto and meets the requirements thereof; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Tiburon is authorized to execute
said Subdivision Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon held on July 26 , 1971, by the following vote:
