RESOLUTION NO. 378
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TIBURON ADOPTING A MUNICIPAL
BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1971-72
WHEREAS, the City Council now finds that the proposed
municipal budget as amended provides for all appropriate municipal
purposes and services within the current resources and anticipated
revenues for the fiscal year 1971-72.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
THAT said budget is hereby approved and adopted as the
municipal budget for the City of Tiburon for the fiscal year 1971-72,
and all expenditures, encumbrances, transfers and appropriations
set forth therein are also approved;
AND THAT, the City Manager may make adjustments between func-
tions and activities within the budget provided that no increase in
total fund appropriations results, provided that no increase or
diminishment in salaries results other than is provided for by the
Personnel System, and pxovided that no expenditure or encumbrance
contingent on contract, agr~ement or other engagement requiring
approval of the City Council shall be made until such contract,
agreement or other engagement is first approved by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tiburon held on
July 26
, 1971, by the following
