RESOLUTION NO. 376
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TIBURON AMENDING EXHIBIT "A", THE BASIC
SALARY UNIT SCHEDULE, AND ADDING THE ANNUAL
BUDGET 1971-72 "SCHEDULE OF POSITIONS AND
SALARIES"
WHEREAS, the City Council on June 10, 1971, did order Exhibit
"A", The Basic Salary Unit Schedule amended by the inclusion of a
4% increase to all ranges and steps;
NOW, TREREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
TRAT said Exhibit "A", The Basic Salary Unit Schedule of the
Master Salary Plan, Resolution No. 157, be amended so as to eliminate
those steps as provided for in ranges 1, 2, and 3, and to reposition
the remaining steps for ranges 4 through 38 so that they will then
become applicable to ranges 1 through 35, the values of each being
those set forth on the attached amended Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof;
AND FURTHER, that new ranges numbers 36, 37, and 38 be added,
each having a value 2.5% greater than the preeeed1ng range;
AND FURTHER that the schedule of Positions and Salaries as pro-
vided in the 1971-72 Annual Budget be added to the Master Salary Plan.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon held on
