RESOLUTION NO.--222.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE
CITY OF TIBURON, BEING A RESOLUTION OF IN-
TENT TO CONSIDER THE REZONING OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS BLACKIE' S PASTURE
WHEREAS: That certain piece of property located in the vicinity of
Tiburon Boulevard and Trestle Glen commonly known as Blackie's Pasture has
been zoned in the A-2 zone as a holding zone pending further study; and
WHEREAS: Studies are being made to consider the highest and best use
of the property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City
of Tiburon does hereby state its intent to consider the rezoning of the sub-
ject property from the A-2 zone to the P, parks, open space and recreation,
zone. and does hereby refer this resolution to the Planning Commission for
their study and recommendation.
