A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
or TIBURON ACCEPTING IHE FINAL SUBDIVISION M\ P
OF MEADO~lHILL SUBDIVISION
WHKR&~s: The final subdivision map fer Meadowhill subdivision has been
presented to the City for approval by Marin Title Guaranty Company, Owner, and
~~. James Derryberry, Applicant, and
~.S: The map has been filed with the City Engineer for presentation
to the City Council of the City of Tiburon for its approval>> which map is hereby
referred to and incorporated herein, and
WHEREAS: Subdivider has requested approval of the map prior to the con-
struction and completion of improvements ,.,hich are a part of the subdivision desig-
nated in the map, and
WHEREAS: On June 7, 1971, the Planning Commission of the City of Tiburon
approved the final map.
NOW>> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said final map is approved and the
City accepts the offer of dedication of Meadowhill Drive>> pedestrian and park
easements, but rejects the offer of dedication of all other easements shown there-
on>> and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the approval of the final map is on the con-
dition that the subdivider first enter into and execute with the City the sub~
division agreement attached hereto and meet the requirements thereof, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the t~yor of the City of Tiburon is authorized
to execute said subdivision agreement.
PASSED AND ^DOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Tiburon held on June 28 , 1971, by the following vote:
