A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON ACCEPTING AN OFFER OF DEDICATION OF ST.
BERN!\RD lANE AS A PUBLIC STREET
WHEREAS: Mr. Ted W. Steiger has requested approval of a minor subdivision
of his property at 10 St. Bernard Lane in Tiburon, and
WHEREAS: It was a condition of the City staff in approving said minor sub-
division that Mr. Steiger offer to dedicate St. Bernard Lane to the City of
Tiburon as a pu~lic street, and
WHEREAS: The parcel map for this minor subdivision has been approved by
the City Engineer and duly recorded in the Office of the Marin County Recorder,
and
WHEREAS: Mr. Ted W. Steiger has offered St. Bernard Lane as a City Street
and said offer of dedication is recorded in Book 2458 at page 233, Marin County
Records.
N~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Tiburon accepts the offer
of dedication of St. Bernard Lane, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Engineer of the City of Tiburon is
hereby instructed to record with the County Recorder the offer of dedication
and a certified copy of this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Tiburon held on
