A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TIBURON APPROVING THE FINAL !-tAP OF THE T~'70
LYFORD DRIVE CONDOMINIm1S
l'ffiEREAS: the Final Nap of Two Lyford Drive Condominiums has
been approved by the Planning Commission as to compliance with the
Final r.lap, and i
WHEREAS: said map meets the requirements of the State Subdivi-
sion Map Act and Chapter 14 of the Tiburon Municipal Code.
NON, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Final !lap of Two Lyford
Drive Concominiums be accepted and approved subject to the following
condit.ions:
1. That the covenants, conditions, and restrictions be approved
in writing by the City Attorney.
2 . Repaving and striping of parking area and improvements of
landscaping as approved and inspected by the City Engineer and
Director of Community Development.
3. Prior to the final map being recorded, the requirements of
the Tentative !1ap must be accomplished or a bond arrangement secured.
4. Payment of in-lieu park & recreation fees as required by
Section 14-50 of Chapter 14 of the Tiburon Municipal Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on Decen:ber 11 th
