RESOLUTION NO. 496
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TIBURON ACCEPTING THE FIML SUB-
DIVISION H\P OF K1'. tIBURON UNIT 4
WHEREAS, the Fical Subdivision ~p for Mt. Tiburon Unit 4
bas been presented to the City for approval by Mt. Tiburon Propertles,
Inc. f owner and applicant; and
WBEBEAS, this map bas been filed wlth the City Engineer
for presentation to the City Council of the City of Tiburon for approval,
which map is to be referred to and incorporated herein; and
WBERfAS, the subdivider bas requested approval of the map
prior to construction and the completion of improvements which are a
condition of the approval of the subdivision; and
WHEREAS, on S~tember 6, 1972, the Planning Commission of
the Ci ty of Tiburon approved the Final Map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
THAT said Final Map is approved and the City accepts the
offer of dedication of the wilderness area and pedestrian ways and re-
jects the offer of dedication to the City of all other easements s~
thereon.
BE IT FUR'l'8ER RESOLVED:
THAT the approval of the Final Mlp is on a condition
that the subdivider first enter into and execute with the City the
Subdivision Agreement for said improvements and meets the requirements
thereof; and
BE IT FUR'l'BER R3S0LVED:
TBA T the Mayor of the Ci ty of Tiburon is authorized to
execute said Subdivision Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOpmD at a regular meeting of the Clty
Council of the City of Tiburon held on necember 11th, 1972, by the
follOWing vote:
