RESOLUTION NO.~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY"OF TIBURON
COMMENDING IRVING MOULIN FOR HIS MANY CONTRIBUTIONS AND
DEDICATED SERVICE TO THE CITY OF TIBURON.
WHEREAS, Irving Moulin served as a Commissioner on the Tiburon Parks and
Recreation Commission and as the Commission's first chairman during 1966-67; and
WHEREAS, both as a Commissioner and a citizen he has so willingly con-
tributed his time and abilities for the betterment of the Tiburon community; and
WHEREAS, he has recently provided the City with detailed colored photo-
graphs and negatives of the adopted Tiburon Downtown Plan;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Tiburon City Council does hereby
express its sincere appreciation and thanks to Irving Moulin for his many generous
contributions and dedicated service to the City of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tiburon held on November Z1th, 1972 by the following vote:

COUNCILMEN: Aramburu, Becker, Fanning, Littman, Sennett
