A RESOLtrrION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON APPROVING THE TENTATIVE MAP OF THE nolO
LYFORD DRIVE CONDOHINIm1S
{'mEREAS: a tent~tive map of TWo Lyford Drive Condominiums has been sub-
mitted to the Planning Commisaion for approval, and;
~'HlEREAS: said map meets the requirements of the State Subdivision }~p Act
and Chapter 14 of the Tiburon Municipal Code;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Tentative Map of TWo Lyford Drive
Condominium be accepted and approved subject to the following conditions:
1. That the covenants, conditions, and restrictions be approved by the
City Attorney.
2. Sidewalk, curb, and gutter improvements be installed as required by
the City Engineer.
3. A Plan be submitted for approval by the Director of Community Development
of repairs to garages, establishment of identified parking stalls, improvement of
landscaping.and to be reviewed by the City Engineer for his concurrence as to
adequacy of stall size and parking.
4. Prior to the Final Map being approved, the requirements of the Tentative
}~p must be accomplished or a bond arrangement secured.
