A RESOLUTIOn OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON APPROVING A TENTATIVE MAP OF NARINERO
HEIGHTS CONDOlIINItn.I
HlIEREAS: a tentative map of Narinero Heights Condominium has been submitted
to the Planning Commission for approval, and;
llHEREAS: said map meets the requirements of the State Subdivision Hap Act
and Chapter 14 of the Tiburon Municipal Code;
110U, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the tentative map of Marinero Heights
Condominium be accepted and approved subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions by the City Attorney.
2. That the conditione of City Council r~solution No. 414 approving a
Precise Plan for this Condominium project apply to this map.

meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon held on November 27th, 1972 , by the following vote:
