RESOLUTION No. 479
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
CONCERNING FEDERAL A ID URBAN SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the F~deral Highway Act of 1970 established the Federal Aid
Urban System, and
WHEREAS, the recently completed Functional Classification Study has been
used as the basis for determining routes to be in~luded in the Urban System, and
WHEREAS, Tiburon Boulevard between Highway 101 and Main Street, desig-
nated as Tiburon's only Urban System street,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Tiburon approves the
Urban System funding concept and wishes to participate in the URBAN SYSTEM program.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tiburon, held on the 10th day of October, 1972, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN:' Aramburu, Fanning,..Littman, Sennett
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Becker
