RESOLUTION NO. 483
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
APPROVI~ mE FINAL MAP OF MARINERO CONlnUNIUM, AND
AU'l'HORlZ 1m mE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN MAP
t-mEREAS: the final map of Marinero Condominium has been submitted to the City
Council for approval; and
tmEREAS: the Tiburon Planning COI!i.llission has approved said map as being in
compliance with tbe conditions of the tentative map; and
tmEREAS: said map meets t:le requirements of the State Subdivision Hap Act and
Chapter 14 of the Tiburon Municipal Code;
N(X.J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the final map of Marinero Condominium be
accepted and approved for recording, subject to the following conditions:
1. That the covenants, conditions and restrictions shall include a warranty
by the owner of the property and the association created under the covenants holding
the City ha~less against any liability to any persons by reasons of the approval
of the subdivision involved and be subject to written approval of the City Attorney
prior to the recording of the final map.
2. That the subdivider submit a soils and drainage report to the City Engineer
for his approval.
3. That the subdivider pay to the City the sum of $101,930.40 pursuant to
Section 14-50 of the Municipal Code.
4. That the subdivider enter into a subdivision ~provement agreement satis-
factory to the City Engineer insuring performance of all drainage work required by
the City Engineer.
5. That the subdivider install the landscaping and site ~provements referred
to in the October 9, 1972 letter from the Planning Commission Chairman KUhn to the
~wyor, said installation to be approved by the Director of Community Development.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign said
map on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Tiburon
held on October 24, 1972, by the following vote:
