RESOLUTION NO.~
A RESOLt.rrION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
APPROVING THE TENTATIVE MAP OF MARINERO CONDOMINlUM
WHEREAS: a tentative map of Marinero Condominium has been submitted to the
City Council for approval; and
WHEREAS: the Tiburon Planning C~ission has approved said map; and
WHEREAS: said map meets the requirements of the State Subdivision Map Act
and Chapter 14 of the Tiburon Municipal Code;
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the tentative map of Marinero Condominium
be accepted and approved, subject to the following conditions:
1. That the convenants, conditions and restrictions shall include a warranty
by the owner of the property and the association created under the covenants holding
the City harmless against any liability to any persons by reasons of the approval of
the subdivision involved and be subject to the written approval of the City Attorney
prior to the recording of the final map.
2. That the subdivider submit a soils and drainage report to the City Engineer
for his approval.
3. That the subdivider pay to the City the sum of $101,930.40 pursuant to
Section 14-50 of the Municipal Code.
4. That the subdivider enter into a subdivision ~provement agreement satis-
factory to the City Engineer insuring performance of all drainage work required by tbe
City Engineer.
5. That the subdivider install the landscaping and site improvements referred
to in the October 9, 1972 letter from Planning Commission Kuhn to the Mayor, said in-
sta1lation to be approved by the Director of Community Development.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Tiburon held on October 24, 1972, by the following vote:
