A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
CREA TING A PORTION OF TIBURON BOULEVARD TO A "NO PARKING"
ARFA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City :ounci1 of the Cit] of Tiburon as
follows:
Section 1. The following portion of Tiburon Boulevard is hereby
defined as a no parking arec end shall be governed by the provisions of
Section 10 (a) of Ordinance No. 55:
The north side of Tiburon Boulevard 75 feet, more or
less west of Lc~ch Road, beginning at Beach Road.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon held on
August 21st
, 1972, by the following vote:
AYES:
COUNCILMEN: Aramburu. Becker, Fanning, Littman, Sennett
NOES:
COL1JCILHEN: None
ABSENT:
