A RESOLUTION OF THE CIlY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
CREATING A ''NO B\RKING" ARFA ON THE FASTERLY SIDE OF
LYFORD D:tIVE IN THE VICINITY OF M VIS DRIVE
follows:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Cir.y Council of the City of Tiburon as
Section 1.
No Pcrldng Area
The following portion of Lyford Drive is hereby defined and es-
tablished as a "No Parkir..g" €orca and shall be governed by the provisions
of Section 10 of Ordinnnce No.5: the easterly side of Lyford Drive be-
ginning at a point fifty feet south of the southerly line of Davis Drive
to the southerly line of Davis Drive (a private road).
PASSED AND ADOPTED at adjour.ned meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon held on
August 21st
