A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBUllON
GRANTING A USE PElHIT TO ~VID N. SEDERQUIST, 312 BACI-

WHEREAS: David N. Sederquist did apply for a use permit pursuant to
Sectlol1 3 of Ordinance 87 N.S. to allow subdivision of property located on
Hacienda Drive into two parcels and
WBBREAS a variance to allow said parcels to be less than tbe min~
parcel area for the ao-l zone ~s granted by the Board of Adjustments and
WBERElS said City Council did, on the 24th day of July, 1972, bear and
consider said application in accordance with applicable ordinances and statut.s;
HOW~ TBEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT this City Council finds:
A. 'lbe establishment, mainteuance of the proposed use will not, under
the circUIIStances of the particular case, be detrimental to the health, safety,
morals, comfort, convenience or welfare of persons residing or working in the
neighborhood of such proposed use;
B. the proposed use, under the circUlD8tances of the particular case,
will not be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to property or 1m-
prOVem8nts in said neighborhood;
c. 'lbat said subdivision will be consistent with the cOlDtemplated open
space plan and open space zoning of the City.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that based upon the findings
bereinbefore set forth, tbe permit is granted on the follOWing condition:
That prior to the recording of the Parcel M!lp, that the City
Engineer sball certify in writing that adequate provision has
been made for ade~uate road access, fire protection and storm
drainage;
aDd shall therefore issue as provided f~r by ordinances of the City of Tiburon
and statutes of the State of Celifornia.
I hereby certify t~~t the above is a true and correct copy of a resolution
adopted at a regular meeting; of the City Council on the 2lst day of August, 1972,
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIUiEN: Aramburu, Becker, Fanning, Littman, Sennett
