RESOLUTION NO. 461
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPT ING A DEED OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM
TIBURON PENINSULA FOUNDATION. INC.. A CORPORATION
WHEREAS, TIBURON PENINSULA FOUNDATION, INC., a corporation,
has tendered to the City of Tiburon an executed and acknowledged
deed dated August 1, 1972, conveying certain real property to the
City of Tiburon, more particularly described in Exhibit A, attached
hereto and made a part hereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That the City Council of the City of Tiburon does hereby
accept said deed and the City Clerk is hereby instructed to record
the same, together with a certified copy of this resolution, with
the Marin County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tiburon held on August 9, 1972, by the following
vote:
