RESOLtrrION NO. 458
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON GRANT~ A TDlPORARY USE PERMIT TO
DONALD LEARY
WHEREAS: Donald Leary did apply for a temporary use permit in the PD
zone to allow bicycle rentals on Juanita Lane on property also fronting on l6-18
Main Street.
AND WHEREAS said City Council did, on the 24th day of July, 1972 hear
and consider said application in accordance with applicable ordinances and statutes;
mw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THIS CITY COUNCIL finds;
A. The establishment, maintenance or conduction of the proposed use
will not, under the circumstances of the particular case, be detrimental to the
health, safety, convenience of persons in the neighborhood of such proposed use;
B. The proposed use, under the circumstances of the particular case,
will not be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to property or improve-
ments in said PD ZODe;
C. The granting of a permit will notadversely affect the general
zoning plan of the City.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that based upon the find-
ins hereinbefore set forth, the permit is granted on the following conditions:
1. that the use permit be granted for a period of four months, subject
to renewal;
2. that signing be limited to a single sign of one(l) square foot;
3. that there be no bicycles outside the fenced area;
4. that there be 'no services beyond the daily rental of 25 bicycles;
and shall therefore issue as provided for by ordinances of the City of Tiburon and
statutes of the State of California.
I hereby certify that the above is a true and correst copy of a resolution adopted
at a ~egular .eeting of the City Council on the 24th day of July, 1972
