RESOLUTION NO.~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
GRANTING A USE PERMIT TO 'BRUCE FIANAGAN OF 280 ROUND HILL
Roo.D. TIBURON
WHEREAS: Bruce Flanagan did apply for a subdivision of land
under Section 3 of Ordinance 87 N.S.
AND WHEREAS: no new building sites are created,
AND WHEREAS: said City Council did, on the 24th day of July,
1972, hear and consider said application in accordance with applicable
ordinances and statutes;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THIS CITY COUNCIL FINDS:
A. The establishment, maintenance or conduction of the proposed
use will not, under the circumstances of the particular case, be detrimental
to the health, safety, morals, comfort, convenience or welfare of persons
residing or working in the neighborhood of such proposed use;
B. The proposed use, under the circumstances of the particular
case, will not be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to property
or improvements in said neighborhood;
C. That the granting of the permit will not be materially detri-
mental to public welfare;
D. The granting of a permit will not adversely affect the open-
space plan of the City, and the open-space zoning plan.
AND .BE rT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that based upon the
findings hereinbefore set forth, the permit is granted on the following con-
ditions:
1. Filing of a parcel map to include the combining of Parcel
"c" with Lot 8 of Smithridge Estates as a single parcel with the City of
Tiburon for recordation in accordance with Chapter 14 of the City Code, and
shall therefore issue as provided for by ordinances of the City of Tiburon
and statutes of the State of California.
I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a
resolution adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 24th day
of July, 1972, by the following vote:
