A RESOLUTION OF THE CI'lY COUNCIL OF THE CI'lY OF TIBURON
ES'D\BLISHING FEES FOR BORSE LICENSE APPLlCA nON
WHEREAS: The Tiburon Borse License Ordinance and City Code require that fees
for filing various land use and other applications be established by Resolution
of the City Council; and
WHEREAS: The City t1ill necessarily incur certain costs in processing such
applications.
NOt-T, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Tiburon
does hereby establish the following fee schedule:
FOR EACH HORSE:
ORIGINAL FEE
$10.00
RENEWAL FEE
$10 .00
PASSED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon held on July 10th ,1972, by the following vote:
AYES:
COUNCILMEN: Aramburu, Becker, Littman, Sennett
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
