A RESOLUTION OF '!BE CITY OF TIBURON REQUESTING BlOVISIONS
or SERVICE RBlA TING 1'0 THE CONDUCT or AN ELBcnON.
WBBRBAS, Section 22003 .of the Elections Code of the State of California pro-
vides that the governing body of any city .y request the County Board of
Supervieors to permit the County Clerk to render specified services to the city
relating to the conduct of an election; and
WBBRBAS, the City of tiburon ~shes to avail itself of those specified ser-
vices as prOVided:
NOW, 'lBEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
'!bat the Board of Supervisors of Nlrin County is hereby requested to permit
the County Clerk to render to the City of Tiburon the following speclfied ser-
vices as they pertain to che Municipal Election to be conducted in this City on
the Oc'tob&~' 3" 1972 .
1. Provide voter indices.
2. Provide current"voter count by precinct.
3. Arrange for drayage of polling place equipment.
4. Printing sample and official ballots.
s. Printing polling place cards.
6. Stuffing and mailing sample ballots and inserts.
7. Appointment and notification of elect~on officers.
8. Rental of precinct polling places.
9. Procurement of precinct supplies.
10. Training of precinct workers (if desired).
11. Processing absentee ballots.
12. Canvassing of votes cast.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Tiburon held on July 10~h , 1972~ by the follOWing vote:
