RESOLUTION NO.~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ADOPTING A MUNICI~L BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1972-73
WHEREAS, the City Council now finds that the proposed municipal
budget as amended provides for all aprropriate municipal purposes and services
within the current resources and anticipated revenues for the fiscal year 1972-73,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT said budget is hereby approved and
adopted as the municipal budget for the City of Tiburon for the fiscal year
1972-73, and all expenditures, encumbrances, transfers and appropriations set
forth therein are also approved; and
THAT, the City Manager may make adjustments between functions and
activities within the budget provided that no increase in total fund appropria-
tions result, provided that no increase or diminisheent in salaries result other
than that provided for by the personnel system, and provided that no expenditure
or encumbrance contingent on contract, agreement or other engagement requiring
approval of the City Council shall be made &ntil such contract, agreement or -
other engagement is first approved by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tiburon held on
June 26
, 1972, by the following vote:
