RESOLUTION NO. 449
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TIBURON APPROVING THE FINAL HAP OF TIBURON
VISTA TOtm HOUSES, A CONIX)j\lINIUM, AND
AUTHORIZING THE HAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN
SAID HAP
vlliEREAS, a final map of Tiburon Vista Town Houses - a
Condominium has been submitted to the City Council for approval, and
HHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has approved said map
as being in compliance with the conditions of the tentative map, and
~~EREAS, the City Engineer finds that the map meets all the
requirements of the State Subdivision Hap Act and the City Subdivision
Ordinance.
NOU, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the map of Tiburon Vista
Town Houses - a Condominium be accepted ann approved for recording.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, THAT the I'1ayor and City Clerk of
Tiburon shall sign said map on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tiburon held on
June 26
