RESOLUTION NO. 444
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON ADOPTING A r.tASTER PLAN FOR THAT RO-2C
DEVELOPHENT KNot'lN AS REED PARK
UHEREAS, D. Hugh Gregory ColeI!\an has submitted a Haster
Plan for the land of Barb.:lra Norwitt and Dr. H. Brady; and
HHEREAS, the Pla.'1ning Commission of the City of Tiburon has
recommended approval of said l1aster Plan; and
~1HERE~J3 I the City Council of the City of Tiburon has held a
public hearing to consider all arguments made both for and against
said proposal,;
NOH, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the City Council of the
City of Tiburon does hereby adopt the Master Plan as drafted by
D. Hugh Gregory Cole::t~'1 and identified as Exhibit "A" of Hay l,
1972, consisting of four sheets labeled Master Plan Division Scheme A,
and Haster Plan Land Division Scheme B, Elevations and Plans, and
Landscape Development, subject to the following conditions.
1. That the park area be reserved for dedicati r:
to the Ci ty 0 f Tiburon.
2. That the roadway access be privately maintained.
3. Prior to Precise Plan approval, a report by
a qU<'llified soils engineer be furnished to the
Ci t:i' Engineer.
4. The aa::ter Plan shall not extend for more than
one year.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a ~egular meeti~g of the City Council
of the City of Tiburon held on June l2 , 1972, by the
following vote:
