RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
DECIARING INTENT TO OBLIGATE APPORTIONMENTS OF TOPICS
FUNDS
WHEREASf the City Council of the City of Tiburon has been advised
by the Director of Public Works of the State of California that this City's
share of the apportionment of Ca1ifoI~ia's Federal TOpics Funds for the fis-
ca1 years 1971-72 and 1972-73 are as follows:

WHEREAS. it is required that the City of Tiburon prOVide the Depart-
ment of Public Works of the State of california with a resolution declaring
the City's intent to obligate these apportionments:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Tiburon does hereby
declare its intention to obligate this City's apportionments of Topics Funds
for the 1971-72 fiscal year and the 1972-73 fiscal year by expending said
funds for study and i~provement projects which qualify for the expenditure of
Topics Funds.
THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and is hereby
authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be
filed immediately with the Director of Public Works of the State of California.
