A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT! OF TIBtJRON
ACCEPTING SLURRY SEAL OF STREETS - PRO.JECT 73-G-l2 -
WHEREAS: slurry Seal of streets located at Blackfield Drive from Via
Capistrano, including intersection and 275 feet of Via capistrano; Via Los Altos
from Blackfield Drive uphill 810 feet; Via San Fernando from Blackfield Drive up-
hill 175 feet; Hilary Drive 1680 to #664; Avenida Mira Flores - Hilary to top;
Hacienda Drive - Porto Mirino to end; Juanita Lane; Geldert Drive - Porto Marino
to Rowley Circle; 1ilriner way - Mlr West to Harbor Oak; Wilkins Court; M'lrk Terrace;
and Malvino Court, work satisfactorily performed by Bay Slurry Seal (d.b.a. valley
Slurry Seal Co.) P. O. Box 26132, Sacramento, California.

be accepted by the City Council of tbe City of Tiburon, subject to any provisiOns
of tbe agreement with Bay Slurry Seal dated June 11, 1973.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City COuncil of the City of
Tiburon on December lOth , 1973, by the following vote:
