A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 581 , NHICR AUTHORIZED.
CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN LAND
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiburon
that Resolution No. 581 , authorizing condemnation of certain
land more particularly described therein, is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tiburon held on December 10th
, 1973,
