A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
APPROVING ENGINEER'S FINAL SCHEDULE OF COSTS AND DEClARING
DISTRIBUTION OF SURPLUS, EL MUtlNERO ASSESSMENT DISTllICT
NO. 1967-1, CITY OF TIBURON. M\R.IN COUNTY. CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City Engi1lEe.r of the City of Tiburon, M!rin County, cali-
fornia, has filed an Engineer's Final Schedule of Costs for E1 M!rinero Assess.
ment District No. 1967-1, City of Tiburon, M!rin County, california, setting
forth the final costs incurred for the improvements and acquisitions, which said
Final Schedule of Costs is on file with the City Clerk of the City of Tiburon,
Marin County, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Tiburon, Marin County, California,that the Engineer's Final Schedule of Costs
filed with the City Clerk on November 26, 1973, be, and the same is hereby approved
as tbe final accounting of the funds in said assessment district; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of $342.63 shall be transferred to
the General Fund of the City of Tiburon, Marin County, california, in accordance
with the provisions set forth in Section 10427.1 of the Streets and Highways Code.
