A RESOLUTION OF THE CIlY COUNCIL OF THE CIlY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING SmElT tMlKAGB.:&E12\m (PROJECT 74G-20) LOCATED
ON COR'IE VIA SAN FlRN\NOO
WHEREAS: Drainage Repair located on Corte Via san Fernando, consisting
of 44 L.F. of 15" Reinforced Concrete Pipe (Class II), 27 L.F. Standard Curb and
Gutter (removed and replaced); and 1 Type ''E" Catch Basin (including removal and
replacement of 6 L.F. Standard Curb and Gutter, work satisfactorily performed by
W.K. MClellan Company, 110 Carlos Drive, Suite C, San Rafael, California,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DEClARED tha t such
work be accepted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon, subject ~oany
pt'oyisions of the agrecoent dated September 20, 1973 wtth"W.K. McLcllnn Co.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of "the City Council of the City of Tiburon
on November 26th
