ACCEPTING STORM J)\KAGE REmm-C-II PROJECT LOC'ATED 01(
BICYCLE mm FAILURES ALONG FORMER BAILRO!\D RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS: C-II Storm Damage Repair for Bicycle Path Failures along the
former railroad right-of-way between Avenida Mira Flores and Rock. Hill R.oad,
eonsisting of reconstruction of embankment and surfacing; construction of
wooden retaining wall, work satisfactorily performed by W.K. McLellan Company,
110 Carlos Drive, Suite C. San Rafael, California,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDFJmD AND DEClARED tha t such
work be accepted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon, S4Jbj-cct to a.ny
