RESOLUTION NO.~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
APPROVING EY.ERGENCY FLCOD RELIEF IAW COOPERATIVE AGREE-
MENT 73-H7 - - STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 1284, Statutes of 1972 and the Emergency
Flood Relief Law, the Local Agency has applied to the State Allocation Board for
assistance in meeting costs to repair or restore storm and flood damage or des-
truction which occurred between September 1, 1972 and June 30, 1973, to certain
real property; and
WHEREAS, the Department has investigated the proposed work, has found it
to be a matter of general public and State interest and concern has estimated the
cost of such work, and has filed Report 73-H7 thereon with the Department of
Finance, and the Director of Finance has approved said report;
WHEREAS, the City of Tiburon in March, 1973, submitted an application for
Federal-State disaster assistance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Tiburon
does hereby approve said agreement and authorizes the Mayor of the City of Tiburon
to enter into, and execute, said agreement on behalf of the City of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tiburon held on November 26th , 1973, by the following vote:
