A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI'lT 01' TIBURON
APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 1 OF THE M\S'l'Ell AGREE-
MENT FOR FEDERAL-A ID URBAN SYSTEMS PROJECTS BE'l'WEBN '!BE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND THE CITY OF TIBURON.
WHEREAS, on April 9, 1973, the City of Tiburon and State of california
entered into an agreem~nt in regard to the use of pederal funds as may be
available to the City under the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1970; and
WHEREAS, in July, 1973, the State Division of Highway. indicated to the
City that the Federal Highway Administration bas given design approval for the
realignment of Tiburon Boulevard between Reed Ranch Road and Stewart Drive j
NOW, THEREFORE, DB IT RESOLVED that the City of Tiburon does hereby
approve of Federal-Aid Urban System Program Supplement No. 1 of tbe Mister Agree-
ment of F.A.U.S. projects between the State of California and the City of Tiburon.;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Tiburon
does hereby authorize the Mlyor of the City of Tiburon to enter into, and execute,
said supplement on behalf of the City of Tiburon.
