A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING WFARATION FeR m tENNIS COtiB.TS AT DEL M!\R
SCHOOL
WHEREAS: Preparation of area for new tennis courts, including 1,020
C.Y. of excavation and fill, including "V" ditches; over-excavation and recompaction;
655 L.F. of 6" perforated metal pipe; seeding, cutting and filling slopes~ and
removal of tree; and
WHEREAS: the work performed by Maggiora & Ghilotti, Inc., has been
performed in a satisfactory manner,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DEClARED tha t such
work be accepted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon, subject to any pro-
visions of the agreement with Maggiora and Ghilotti, Inc. dated September 8, 1973.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of the City of
Tiburon on the
day of November 12th, 1973, by the following vote:
