A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING STORM D\M!\.GE REPAIR-C-II-PROJBCTS AT:
2390 ~R FAST SLIDE REPAIR
45 GELDERT DRIVE STORM MMAGE REPAIR
18 REED RANCH RQ!\D STORM D\M\GE REPAIR
STEWART DRIVE AT PORTO M\RINO STORM
D\M\GE REPAIR
WHEREAS: C-II S~orm Dau;age Repair at 2390 Mar East Street, consisting
of the construction of an asphalt Concrete dike, concrete structure and piles with
street overlay, work satisfactorily performed by Carcano-Velcich Associates, Inc.,
and
WBERFAS: C-II Storm Damage Repair at 45 Geldert Drive, consisting of the
installation of subdrain and repair of pavement failure, work satisfactorily per-
formed by Maggiora & Ghilotti, Inc., and
WHEREAS: C-II Storm Damage Repair at 18 Reed Ranch Road, consisting of
Pavement Repair and Subdrain and Storm Damage Repair, work satisfactorily performed
by Maggiora & Ghilotti, Inc., and
WHEREAS: C-II Storm Damage Repair at Stewart Drive at Porto M:1rino Drive
consisting of Pavement Repair and subdrain and storm damage repair, work satisfac-
torily performed by Maggiora & Ghi1otti, Inc.,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DEClARED tha t such
work be accepted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon, subject to any pro-
visions of the agreementswith Carcano-Velcich Associates, Inc't and Maggiora &
Gbilotti, Inc., dated npril' 20, 197~,
respectively.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council .of the City of
Tiburon on the 12th day of
November
, 1973, by the following vote:
