RESOLUTION NO. 582
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TIBURON APPOItnING
ROBERT L. KLEINERT AS CITY MANAGER-
CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, Bert Balmer has resigned as City Manager-City
Clerk of the City of Tiburon effective November 15, 19731
and
WHEREAS, Section 2-4 of the Tiburon Municipal Code provides
that the City Manager shall be appointed by the City Council and
shall hold office for and during the pleasure of the City Counci11
NOt"l, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
That Robert L. Kleinert be appointed City Manager-City
Clerk of the City of Tiburon, effective November 15, 1973, and
assigned those duties and responsibilities as set forth in the
Tiburon Municipal Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tiburon held on November 12 th , 1973, by
the following vote:

COUNCILMEN: Aramburu, Becker, Fanning, Li ttman,
Sennett
COUNCILMEN: None
NOES:
ABSENT :
