A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF T8B CITY OF TIBUllON
DEFINING AND ESTABLISHING A PORTION OF HIIAItY IIlIVE AS
A STOP INTERSBCTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tlburon as follows:
SECTION 1. The following portion of Hilary Drive is hereby defined
&a & atop intersection and shall be governed by the provisions of Sections
7.1(a) and 7.1(b) of Ordinance No. 55:
'!'be westbound and eastbound lanes of Hilary Drive 80 as to stop
traffic at Rock Hill Road.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Cit)' Oouncil of the
City of Tiburon held on October 23rd
