HomeMy WebLinkAboutTC Res 1973-09-24 RESOLUTION NO. 576 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON ACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHEREAS, Henry J. Eavey and Elizabeth M. Eavey have offered to grant to the City of Tiburon the real property de- scribed on the grant deed attached hereto as Exhibit "A"; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the said offer is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized to record said deed together with a certified copy of this resolution. Reed to Clothilde J.
