RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TIBURON CONFlro1InG THE
APPOINTI1EHT OF nR. BRUCE FLAt-lAGAN AS
TREASURER OF THE CITY
HHEREAS, the Office of City Treasurer has been vacant by
reason of the recent passing of ilr. Samuel Shapero: and
l'lHEREAS, Hayor Branto1ell Fanning has nominated Bruce Flanagan
to become Treasurer of the City of Tiburon: and
t"mBREAS, Bruce Flanagan appears to this Council ~o be qualified
in all respects to serve as Treasurer of the City of Tiburon:
NOt'l, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: THAT the City Council of the
City of Tiburon does hereby confirm and approve the nomination of
Bruce Flanagan.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City council
of the City of Tiburon held on SePtember 24th
