RESOLUTION NO. 572
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ADOPTING AN AMENDED PD PRECISE PIAN FOR 116-120 ~1N STREET
WImREAS: Plans have been submitted for an approval of a Precise Plan
amendment for commercial and residential uses of existing buildings located
between 116through 120 Main Street; ;and
WHEREAS: The Planning commiss:ton of the City of Tiburon bas reviewed
the plans and proposals and finds the submission is consistent with the
previously adopted Master Plan; and
WHEREAS: The plans submitted for Fred Zelinsky, owner, by Stelnau and
Kurtzman, architects, indicate the necessity for future PD approvals of
specific new buildings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
IDHAT the City Council does hereby approve and recommend adoption of the
amended PD Precise Plan with respect to 82 through 120 Main Street according
to attached exhibit I~", being plans dated 6/28/73, revised 9/24/73 by Ste1nau
and Kurtzman, Architects and subject to the following conditions:
1. Final building plans and elevations for remodeled buildings that
are enlarged or changed in appearance, including signs, be
approved by the Board of Design Review.
2. Parking for any change in use, addition or enlargement be
provided as required by Section 13 of the Zoning Ordinance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Tiburon held on SePtember 24. 1973, by the following vote:

COUNCILMEN: Aramburu, Becker, Fanning, Littman, Sennett
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:
COUNC ILMEN: None
