A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TIBURON FIXING THE RATE OF TAXES ON
SECURED AND UNSECURED PROPERTY FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR 1973-74
HHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tiburon did on
August 13, 1973, adopt a municipal budget providing for revenues to
be raised for the current fiscal year, in part fram a tax upon secured
and unsecured property; and
~mEREAS, it appears that a taX of ~84 cents per each one-
bundred ($100.00) dollars of assessed valuation of said property as
it appears on the current assessment roll will provide the required
revenues:
General Fund - .725
Bond Redemption - ,115

HO~7, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Ta~T the tax rate for the fiscal year 1973-74 upon secured and
unsecuredJproperty within the City of Tiburon should be and is hereby
fixed at$~ cents upon each one-hundred ($lOO~OO) dollars of
assessed valuation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular neeting of the City Council
of the City of Tiburon held on August 27th , 1973, by the follo"ling
vote:
