A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COlJNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, the Richardson BdY Land Company has offered to grant
to the City of Tiburon the real property described on the grant
deed attached hereto as Exhibit "A";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said offer is
hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized to record said
deed together with a certified copy of this resolution.

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, RICHARDSON BAY lAND CONPANY, a corporation
organized under the laws of the State of California, hereby grants to
THE CITY OF TIBURON, a municipal corporation, the following described
real property located in the City of Tiburon, County of Marin, State
of California: .
BEGINNING \t a point on the centerline of the SO foot roadway and
utilities easement (now known as Round Hill Road) described in the
Deed from Thomas Deffebach to Marin Municipal Water District, a public
corporation, recorded April 6, 1927 in Book 115 of Official Records
at page 216, Marin County Records, said paint being distant along
said centerline North 090 53' 30" West 36.878 feet-from the inter-
section of the courses "South 080 28' East SO feet" and "South 170 26'
East 50 feet" as set forth in said Water District Deed; thence from
said POINT OF BEGINNING, North 600 15' 50" West 31.517 feet to a
point on the Westerly line of said easement; thence along said Westerly
line, South 020 03' 30" West 5.317 feet, South 090 53' 30" East 53.672
feet and South 180 51' 30" East 56.~2l feet to a point; thence leaving
said Westerly line, South 000 30' East 32.118 feet and South 380 30' .
West ~2.'i08 feet to the Northerly prolongation of the Westerly line of
the 5 foot road easement described in the Deed to Trans Western Title
C.~pany, a corporation, recorded December 13, 1957 in Book 1159 of
