RESOLUTION NO. ~
A RESOLUTION OF TdE CITY COm~CIL OF THE CITY
OF TIBURO~'l ADOPTING A HtJ:IICIPAL DUDGET FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR 1973-74
'1HEREAS, the City Council no~'1 finds that the proposed municipal
budget as amended provides for all appropriate ~unicipal purposes and
services within the current resources and anticipated revenues for the
fiscal year 1973-74.
mXJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT said budget is hereby approved
and adopted as the municipal budget for the City of Tiburon for the
fiscal year 1973-74, and all expenditures, encmru)rances, transfers and
appropriations set forth therein are also approved 1 and
THAT, the Ci ty ~ lanager may maJ:e ac1jus tments bet~.,een functions and
activi~ies ~lithin the budget provided that no increase in total fund
appropriations result, provided that no increase or dininishment in
salaries result other than that provided for by the personnel systa~, and
provided that no expenditure or encumbrance contingent on contract,
agreenent or other engage~ent requiring approval of the City Council
shall be nade until such contract, agreement or other engagement is first
approved by the City Council.
