AOOPrIN:; A PO PRECISE PUN FOR 120 MAIN STREET
WHERFAS: Plans have been submitted for an approval of a Precise Plan
for commercial and residential use of existing building located at 120
Main Street; and
MiEREAS: The Planning Camnission of the City of Tibn'on has reviewed
the plan ani proposed use and fi.ncL that the submission is consistent with
the previously adopted Master Pla.u; ani
MJW, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESJLVED:
. THAT the City Colmcil does hereby approve the PD Precise Plan according
to the attached exhibits and subject to the follc:wing conditions:
1. Final building plans and elevations, including signs, be approved
by the Board of Design Review. '
2. Parking for any change in usef addition or enlargement be pro-
vided as required by Section 3 of the Zoning Ordinance for Grmp
II retail sales.
PASSED AND AOOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on August 13th. 1973, by the following vote:
