RESOLlITION NO. 558
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPT ING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, Herbert H. Brady and Barbara Norwitt have offered
to grant to the City of Tiburon t'le real property described on the
grant deed attached hereto as Exhibit "A";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said offer is hereby
accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized to record said deed toge-
ther with a certified copy of this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tiburon held on July 23rd , 1973, by the fol-
lowing vote:

ALL that portion of the real property described in the Deed to
Herbert H. Brady, dated May 17, 1971 and recorded May 27, 1971 in Book
2466, page 617, Series No. 17114, Official Records and the Deed to
Barbara Norwitt undated and recorded April 19, 1966 in Book 2042, page
480, Series No. 12355, Official Records, lying Southerly of the follow-
ing described line:
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the two courses given as
North 250 55' West 568.68 feet and North 150 12' East 203.975 feet in the
Easterly line of the land described in the Judgment recorded March 24,
1943 in Book 442, page 427, Series No. 1593, Official Records; thence
from said point of beginning South 74000' East 283.496 feet and North
660 20' East 141.074 feet to a point in the Southwesterly line of the
parcel of land described in the Deed to Charles W. Bird, et aI, recorded
August 14, 1972 in Book 2599, page 196, Series No. 31390, said point bears
South 10 07' 06" East 175.813 feet from the most Northwesterly corner of
said Bird Parcel (2599/196).
This parcel of land is a donation to the City'of Tiburon of 1.488 acres,
more or less, approximate value of $62,500.
